Seller and product
Useful in Practice is operated by Stephen Stilwell. Contact: stephenestilwell@gmail.com. Launch to Market Toolkit v1 is a downloadable digital product containing editable templates, two fictional worked examples, campaign assets, an experiment and economics workbook, a portable HTML planner and a getting-started guide, plus three editable SVG layouts.
Price and payment
Proposed price: $29 USD once. No recurring charge. Any applicable tax and the final payable total must be shown at checkout. Currently only sandbox testing is enabled. No live product or checkout is authorized.
Delivery and access
After verified successful payment, the site provides a ZIP download. A saved private access pass restores access without creating an account. The ZIP is not emailed. Keep a local copy of both the files and pass. If payment is pending, files stay locked until payment succeeds. Contact support if delivery fails or if you lose your pass. Download hosting is not a promise of permanent cloud storage.
License
One purchase licenses one buyer to use and edit the templates for their own business and client projects, and share adapted working documents with their team or that project’s client. The buyer may retain downloaded files. Do not resell, sublicense, publicly share or redistribute the toolkit, blank templates or planner. Clients receive adapted project outputs, without rights to redistribute the source toolkit. This is a version 1 purchase; future major editions, consulting and bespoke work are not included.
Compatibility
Extract the ZIP on a computer. Use a desktop browser for the HTML planner, a text or Markdown editor for documents, and Excel, LibreOffice or compatible software for the XLSX workbook. Browser storage can be cleared, so export backups. The planner operates locally and does not call an AI API. Optional external tools have their own terms and costs.
Refunds
Proposed policy: request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing Stephen from the checkout email with the order or receipt details. No explanation is required. If files are missing, corrupted or materially different from the description, contact support for a replacement or refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. After a full refund, hosted re-download access is withdrawn and the license ends; delete toolkit copies. Banks control when refunds appear.
Limits and support
The toolkit is educational planning material. Examples are fictional and targets are illustrative. No revenue, customers or other business outcomes are guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying claims, permissions and compliance for your business. Support covers access and file issues by email. No response-time guarantee or personalized marketing review is included.
Privacy
Stripe processes payment information. This site stores a hashed access key, purchase reference, payment and fulfillment status, checkout email, amount, currency and event identifiers for delivery, recovery, refunds and records. Card numbers are never stored here. A secure cookie remembers access for 30 days. No newsletter opt-in is implied by a purchase. Read the privacy policy.
