USEFUL IN PRACTICE / EDITORIAL PITCHES

Submit your AI tool
for review.

Get your AI tool or SaaS product considered for independent coverage. I’m Stephen Stilwell, and I examine software through the work it helps people do. Pitch a product launch, a useful workflow, or a substantive update.

Three beats. One useful question.

What changes for the person doing the work? Founders, product teams, and PR representatives are welcome to pitch emerging companies, new launches, and meaningful product updates.

A STRONG PITCH

Show me a real task.

Explain the customer, the problem, and what your product makes possible. A short, specific pitch is enough to start.

  • One workflow your product handles and who it serves.
  • What is new, with a public source or demo link.
  • Relevant limitations, launch timing, and access available.

How editorial consideration works

I review pitches for relevance, evidence, and a useful angle. If there is a fit, I may follow up for a demonstration or clarification. Submission does not guarantee coverage or a reply.

Editorial consideration is free and independent of sponsorship. Coverage may discuss tradeoffs and limitations. Paid collaborations are scoped separately and disclosed.

Send public information only. An embargo needs explicit agreement before you share restricted material.

Submit software for review: what happens next?

This pitch desk covers AI tools, B2B SaaS products, and launches that help professionals do useful work. A specific workflow and a public source make it easier to judge whether there is a story to investigate.

  1. Send the pitch. Include your product URL, customer, useful workflow, what is new, and demo access available.
  2. Editorial review. I assess relevance, evidence, and a useful angle. If there is a fit, I may ask for a demonstration or clarification.
  3. Research and coverage. An accepted story may become product analysis, a workflow guide, or a firsthand review if testing is actually completed. The article describes its evidence.

Explore AI agent product analysis, AI marketing software coverage, and AI support and voice agent reviews before sending your pitch.

Can I submit a SaaS product that is not an AI tool?

Yes. Pitch software with a useful professional workflow, a meaningful launch, or an update readers can evaluate. Include the customer, task, and public product information.

Is submitting a product for review free?

Editorial consideration is free. Submission does not guarantee a reply, publication, or a favorable verdict. For paid launch content or sponsored LinkedIn posts, use the creator partnership page.

What should an AI startup or PR agency send?

A short description, product URL, target user, one workflow, public evidence, launch timing, and access available. Agree on any embargo before sending restricted material.
