Product and seller
Product Content Engine v1 is a portable HTML Content Studio, editable production library, two fictional worked campaigns, getting-started guide and license. Useful in Practice is operated by Stephen Stilwell. Contact: stephenestilwell@gmail.com.
Price and availability
$49 USD one-time purchase, plus applicable tax. No recurring charge. Stripe Managed Payments provides hosted checkout, identifies the merchant of record, calculates applicable taxes and supplies transaction support under its displayed terms. Stephen supplies the product and handles file/access support. Review the currency and final total before payment. No bundle is currently offered. The separately labeled sandbox checkout is for testing and moves no real funds.
License
One buyer may use and edit the Studio and resources for their business and client projects. Share adapted campaign outputs with their team or that project’s client. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly share the source toolkit, blank library, example projects or Studio. The buyer keeps downloaded v1 files. Future major editions, consulting and custom production are not included.
Compatibility and limits
Extract the ZIP on a desktop computer. Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled for the single-file Studio, an ordinary text editor for Markdown/TXT, a spreadsheet application for CSV, and a compatible vector editor for SVG. CSV has no macros or required formulas. SVG uses editable text; fonts and layout may need adjustment. The Studio exports a vertical multi-slide SVG board. Video outputs are scripts and storyboards. No native Canva, Notion, PowerPoint or rendered video files are included.
The core Studio operates offline without accounts or AI APIs. It uses structured writing frameworks and does not summarize pasted source text, retrieve URLs, verify claims or publish. Optional prompts may be copied to another service by the user; its terms and charges apply.
Saving, privacy and delivery
The Studio keeps project content in the browser and makes no network requests. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable for local files. Save JSON backups outside the product folder. Anyone with the backup can read the source and content; it is not encrypted. Do not include confidential material in screenshots or prompts sent externally.
After verified successful payment, a signed payment event authorizes the correct private ZIP. A transactional email supplies return instructions. Recovery uses the checkout email and a 15-minute single-use link. A redirect or session ID alone never grants access. Purchase records and email processing use the site’s existing Stripe/Resend system as described in Privacy. The new product has its own entitlement records and access cookies.
Refund and support policy
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing Stephen from the checkout email with the order reference. No explanation required. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Full refunds end the license and hosted re-download access; delete downloaded copies. Offline files cannot be technically recalled. Payment-provider terms also apply.
Support covers access and file issues by email, with no guaranteed response time. No individual marketing review, sales guarantee or permanent download hosting is promised. Keep a backup of your purchased edition.
