Sort customer feedback without losing the customer’s words.
A tidy theme called “onboarding problems” can hide three very different problems: a missing invitation, a confusing setup screen, and a failed payment.
What the product offers
Gumloop presents an AI automation platform for building workflows and agents. Official source ↗

The decision that matters
Use classification to help someone find the original evidence. A useful feedback record should retain the exact comment, its source, the proposed category, and an uncertainty flag. Allow more than one category when appropriate. A weekly summary that removes specific failure details can leave a product team with less to act on.
Try one bounded task.
Create 20 fictional feedback messages, including sarcasm, mixed praise and criticism, and two issues in one message. Label them yourself before configuring a workflow. Ask the workflow to categorize them while preserving the original text. Inspect disagreements instead of treating your own labels as unquestionable truth.
What to capture
Track missing issues, invented details, ambiguous classifications, and the time required to review the output. Keep examples of disagreement for the next iteration.
Where this analysis stops
No customer data or Gumloop workflow was used here. Begin with synthetic inputs and check data handling before considering real customer feedback.
